Reviews
Sorted, in their words
Reviews on ClearSorted come only from completed jobs booked through the platform, never imported, never incentivised, CMA compliant.
Why these can be trusted
A review here can only come from a completed job
1. A job is booked
The customer posts it, compares quotes, and picks a firm, all on the platform.
2. The firm completes it
The clearance happens and is marked complete by both sides.
3. Only then, the invite
The review form is locked to that job. No completed job, no review form, no exceptions.
4. Good and bad both stay
Firms cannot pay to remove one, and low ratings count against their ranking.
That is the whole mechanism. Nothing imported from other sites, nothing incentivised, nothing anonymous-but-glowing, in line with CMA guidance on fake reviews. It also means the number of reviews grows only as fast as real completed jobs do, which we think is the point.

Dad's house had forty years of life in it. The firm set aside every photo album without being asked.

Quote on Tuesday, cleared Thursday, photos by lunchtime. Relet the following Monday.

The middle quote knocked £150 off for furniture they could resell. I'd never have known.

I live in Aberdeen, the house was in Croydon. Video walk-through, photos as each room was done, invoice by email. I never had to travel down once.

As an estate agent I've started sending every vacant-possession sale here. The firms turn up, the houses are ready on time, and I stop getting panicked calls from vendors.
