Terms of service

What ClearSorted is: an introduction and comparison service. Quotes are made by, and contracts for clearance work are between, you and the firm you choose.

Quotes: free, no obligation, and honoured by firms unless the job materially differs from your description.

Our fee: paid by firms (10% of the job value on completion). Customers never pay ClearSorted.

The ClearSorted Standard: firms must hold a valid waste-carrier licence, adequate insurance, and honour quoted prices. Firms that fall short are removed.

Liability: we vet diligently, but each firm is an independent business responsible for its own work. Report any problem within 48 hours and we will pursue it with the firm.

Reviews: only from completed ClearSorted jobs; we do not edit or incentivise them.
